Elastomer material comprises flexible polymer chains associated between permanent chemical crosslinking bridge having covalent bonds and crosslinking bridge having non-covalent bonds, where the crosslinking bridge having non-covalent bond comprises associative groups based on nitrogen containing heterocycle, preferably triazinyl group, bis-ureyl group or ureido-pyrimidyl group. An independent claim is included for a process for the preparation of the crosslinked thermoplastic material based on flexible polymer comprising (a) the permanent chemical crosslinking of the polymer, and (b) physical crosslinking of the obtained polymer by (i) grafting of the associative group based on nitrogen nitrogen containing heterocycle or (ii) by functionalization during polymerization of the polymer with comonomers carrying associative groups based on nitrogen containing heterocycle group.
