PURPOSE: A connecting rod connection structure of a piston for a vehicle engine is provided to improve intake efficiency by making a piston stay at a bottom dead point and a top dead point. CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod connection structure of a piston(10) for a vehicle engine comprises the piston, and a connecting rod(20) and a piston pin(30). A connecting rod connection shaft(31) of the piston pin is inserted to a pin hole(21) of the connecting rod. A piston connection sleeve(32) inserted and united in the pin hole of piston is located on both side terminal of the connecting rod connection shaft. The connecting rod connection shaft and the piston connection sleeve are eccentrically connected.
