FIELD: biotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology and chromatography and may be used in the field of biopolymer synthesis on polymer carriers or in process of chromatographic cleaning of biopolymers in chemical, biological, medical research, and also in industrial production of biologically active substances. Installation comprises cylindrical chamber with inlet and outlet nozzles, filled with polymer carrier, movable partition, which is permanently pressed to polymer carrier and is connected to inlet nozzle. Installation is equipped with preventing porous filters. Size of main porous filter pores when moving from the centre increase according to linear law. Ratio of pores along filter edges to pore size in the centre makes (30-50):1, and pore size in filter centre and particles of used polymer corresponds to 1:(5-10). ^ EFFECT: proposed design of installation provides for efficient distribution of substances supplied to chamber, and as a result improves resolving capacity of installation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
