FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to drive chains. Crisscrossed-double chain consists of links, located on-the-mitre to each other. Each link consists of several levels paired by two rows of pins of reference and connective plates. External and internal pins are located in closed chain in two rows, herewith external pins forms external row, and inner pins - internal row. Each level of link consists of two floors of connective plates and one floor of reference plates. At bottom floor of link external row of pins connects external parts of reference and connective plates, and inner row of pins - opposite bottom parts of reference plates and bottom parts of adjacent right connective plates. At top floor of link external row of pins connected external parts of reference plates and top parts of adjacent left connective plates, and inner row of pins - bottom parts of reference and connective plates, herewith in link floor of reference plates is located between floors of connective plates. ^ EFFECT: solution is directed to reduction of load impacts, suffered by chain, reduction of losses for friction of conjugation of chain and star wheel. ^ 16 cl, 11 dwg |
