PURPOSE: A pathogen inactivating apparatus for blood plasma fractionation is provided, which prevents pathogenic organ infection by the blood transfusion or the plasma fraction. CONSTITUTION: A pathogen inactivating apparatus for blood plasma fractionation comprises a tank body(10) in which an inlet port in which the plasma is flowed is formed in one side and an outlet through which pathogen inactivation-processed plasma is ejected is formed on the other side; an ultra-violet ray lamp(20) which is installed in the tank body and sterilizes the pathogen within the plasma and a photo catalyst film board(30) which sterilizes the pathogen within the plasma bye being installed in the tank body.
