<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact charging module which can be made compact and can be used suitably both when a magnet provided in the other non-contact charging module on the other side of power transmission is used and not used, by limiting change in the L value of a coil provided in the non-contact charging module, when aligning a primary non-contact charging module and a secondary non-contact charging module, and to provide a non-contact charging apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact charging module includes a planar coil 2c formed by winding a conductor substantially rectangularly, and a magnetic sheet 52 having a plane on which the planar coil 2c is mounted.
