The arrangement has a spring bolt (1) comprising a bolt body (2) and prestressed by an energy storage transverse to a longitudinal direction of an external pipe serving as a tent pole. A sliding part (3) is made of a friction-poor plastic material i.e. DELRIN (RTM: crystalline plastic), and arranged at a side of an area (20) of the bolt body. The sliding part projects outwards in transverse direction of the tent pole over the area of the bolt body such that the sliding part slides at an inner wall of the pipe, when the bolt body is prestressed by a recess of an internal pipe.
