PURPOSE: A handle grip with a retractable indicator lamp for a motorcycle or cycle is provided to prevent safety accidents by indicating the width of a motorcycle or cycle in the night driving. CONSTITUTION: A handle grip for a motorcycle or cycle comprises a handle part, an indicator lamp, a light emitting part(30) and a hollow cylindrical support bar(40). The handle part includes a handle body and a groove formed lengthwise on the inner side of the handle body. The indicator lamp is inserted in the hollow of the handle body. The light emitting part is composed of LEDs. The hollow cylindrical support bar is positioned adjacent to the light emitting part and supports the lighting emitting part on the handle part.
