The arrangement has a bearing (2) for supporting a shaft generator (1) of a harmonic drive transmission (100) in a radial direction. The bearing is formed by circular spline (3) and/or dynamic spline (4) of the transmission, where the splines perform a transmission function. An additional bearing (5) i.e. roller bearing, is supported against a base section of the circular spline or dynamic spline, and supports the generator in an axial direction. The dynamic spline and an output shaft (17) are connected with each other in a form-fit manner. An independent claim is also included for a harmonic drive transmission comprising a mounting arrangement.
