摘要 <p>Hot-rolled austenitic stainless steel sheet comprises carbon (0.015-0.03 wt.%), manganese (0.5-2 wt.%), silicon (greater than 2 wt.%), chromium (16.5-18 wt.%), nickel (6-7 wt.%), sulfur (0.015 wt.%), phosphorus (0.045 wt.%), aluminum (0.05 wt.%), niobium (Nb) (0.15-0.31 wt.%), nitrogen (N) (0.12-0.16 wt.%), optionally boron (0.0005-0.0025 wt.%) and molybdenum (less than 0.6wt.%), and rest of the composition being iron and inevitable impurities. Hot-rolled austenitic stainless steel sheet of which product (P1 = (Rp(0.2)(MPa)x elongation distribution) has greater than 21000 MPa.%), comprises carbon (0.015-0.03 wt.%), manganese (0.5-2 wt.%), silicon (greater than 2 wt.%), chromium (16.5-18 wt.%), nickel (6-7 wt.%), sulfur (0.015 wt.%), phosphorus (0.045 wt.%), aluminum (0.05 wt.%), niobium (Nb) (0.15-0.31 wt.%), nitrogen (N) (0.12-0.16 wt.%), optionally boron (0.0005-0.0025 wt.%) and molybdenum (less than 0.6wt.%), and rest of the composition being iron and inevitable impurities; and the content of Nb and N is Nb/8+0.1%>= N>= Nb/8+0.12%. An independent claim is included for a process for preparing of the hot-rolled plate made of austenitic stainless steel of which stretchability (Rp(0.2)) is 650 MPa, comprising supplying an intermediate product of the steel composition, heating the intermediate product at a temperature 1250-1320[deg] C, and laminating the intermediate product with a temperature (less than 990[deg] C) of rolling end and with a rate of cumulative reduction (greater than 30%) on last two finisher cages.</p>
