PURPOSE: A display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the difference between positions without the deterioration of touch sensitivity by an orientation layer. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a secondary substrate, a primary substrate, a thin film transistor for driving pixels, and a thin film transistor for detecting touch points. The thin film transistor for driving pixels is formed at the primary substrate, and source and drain electrodes are formed at the primary substrate. A gate electrode is formed at the secondary substrate. The primary substrate includes a gate line(220), a first sensing line(SL1), a data line(260), and a secondary sensing line(SL2).
