PURPOSE: A color filter and a display device including the same implementing color by a development mode are provided to supply color expression by securing uniform thickness and permeability. CONSTITUTION: A color filter includes color developing layers(21, 22, 23). The color developing layers are laminated on a substrate(10). The reduced lumen output color developing layer provides the pixel defined by the part color-development area formed by an exposure and phenomenon. A substrate includes one among the glass, the ceramics, the crystalline material and polymer resin. The reduced lumen output color developing layer is one among the gap color of a face color developing layer, the magenta color developing layer, and the yellow color developing layer.
