A complex material manhole cover, complex material manhole assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the construction and mount convenient by removing a sidewalk block cutting process to fix to the manhole cover shape in the installation. A complex material manhole assembly comprises a composites manhole cover(200) and a manhole support(300). The composites manhole cover comprises a glass fiber sheet, a glass fiber frame, a synthetic plastic layer, and an anti-abrasion layer. The manhole support comprises a mainframe(310) and a jaw(320) of the square shape. A hollow is formed in the mainframe. The outer circumference of the manhole cover is settled at the jaw. The manhole support comprises a glass fiber layer and a synthetic plastic layer. The synthetic plastic layer contacts to the glass fiber layer in order to be infiltrated into the glass fiber layer. The glass fiber layer comprises the glass fiber frame and the glass fiber sheet. The glass fiber frame contacts the synthetic plastic layer. The glass fiber sheet contacts the glass fiber frame. |
