<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a flexible wiring board, having a reduced size while suppressing EMI, and to provide an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The connector for the flexible wiring board includes a plurality of connector side connection terminals 13 provided in a line on a connector body upper face 11a, and connector side grounding terminals 14 arranged at both ends of the line of the connector side connection terminals 13 for grounding use, respectively.
