<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniform distribution of light quantity on a light source device which has a point light-emitting source. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 10 has a case 11, a pair of reflective plates 21, 22 and light sources 31, 32. The reflective plates 21, 22 are arranged in the case 11 so as to make the facing sides parallel by sandwiching at least a light guide port 14, and the entire optical path lengths from the light sources 31, 32 to an irradiating port 13 are set equal to each other. The light sources 31, 32 respectively comprises substrates 311, 321, and light-emitting diodes 312, 322 as a point light-emitting source, arranged in a large number on the substrates 311, 321. The light-emitting diode 312 arranged on the substrate 311 and the light-emitting diode 322 arranged on the substrate 321 are arranged alternately so as not to avoid mutual arranged positions from overlapping each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
