#CMT# #/CMT# The panel has a capacitive touch board (1) with an upper plate (11) that is formed from a type of an insulating film with high light permeability e.g. glass. The board has an insulation layer (14) that is arranged between two X and Y axis perception layers (12, 13), which are made from current conductivity indium-tin oxide-foil. Axial grooves are connected with silver lines and a signal output line (16) so that signals are transferred to a signal processing unit (3) by the output line. The perception layers are provided in intersection areas of the axial grooves of the touch board. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Duplex touch panel for use in a monitor screen of an electrical product. Uses include but are not limited to a personal digital assistant (PDA), electrical dictionary, mobile telephone, MPEG-1 audio layer 3 (MP3), global positioning system (GPS) and notebook. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The perception layers are provided in the intersection areas of the axial grooves of the capacitive touch panel, so that the surface of the areas that are not rubbed is reduced, thus increasing the uniformity of the light permeability of the touch panel and the perception surfaces of the intersection areas of the grooves.
