<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager to easily transmit a message on equipment to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioner management system 1 has a server PC 10, a client PC 20B on the manager side, and a client PC 20A on the user side. The server PC 10 stores a basic layout L1 of spaces R1-R3 arranged in an indoor unit 30. The client PC 20B on the manager side expresses the basic layout L1 toward the manager, and accepts the designation of a specific position on the basic layout L1 and an input of the message corresponding to its position from the manager. The server PC 10 makes a synthetic layout drawing L2. The synthetic layout drawing L2 is formed by arranging an electronic tag I2 corresponding to the input message of the manager in the designated specific position of the manager on the basic layout L1.
