<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of easily detecting the presence of a cell with reduced power generation voltage in a cell stack formed by stacking a plurality of cells. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device 100 includes: a cell stack 10 formed by stacking a plurality of cells 2; a fuel gas supply manifold 46 extending in the cell stacking direction; a fuel gas exhaust manifold 48 extending in the cell stacking direction; a back flow control member 40 allowing the flow of unreacted fuel gas to the fuel gas exhaust manifold by suppressing its back flow; a voltage detector 80 detecting the power generation voltage of the cell stack; and a control device 90 controlling the power generation of the cell stack. The control device stops the power generation of the cell stack when the change of power generation voltage of the cell stack detected with the voltage detector is higher than the prescribed threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
