PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air column tent which is formed by force-feeding compressed air into an airtight cylindrical body 3 to be inflated with its inner pressure, in this case the elastic warps 4 of cylindrical woven fabrics 2, 11 are elongated to cause the airtight cylindrical body 3 to be elongated in the longitudinal direction except for the sections to which an elongation-suppressing means is partially applied in the circumferential direction, and the air tight cylindrical body 3 is bent into an arch-shape and a sheet is spread over the arch-shaped airtight cylindrical body 3 as a frame. SOLUTION: In the air column tent, the elongation-suppressing means for suppressing the elongation of the airtight cylindrical body 3 in the longitudinal direction is partially provided circumferentially in the longitudinal direction of the flexible airtight cylindrical body 3 applied with airtight treatment, wherein the airtight cylindrical body 3 is composed of the cylindrical woven fabrics 2, 11 obtained by weaving the elastic warps 4 elongating in the longitudinal direction and having elasticity in the longitudinal direction and wefts 5 elongating in the circumferential direction.
