<p>The invention relates to a machine for examination of heart of turbo compressor, in which in housing (P) is placed working board (10) and on it, by springs (91), oscillation board (9) on which by tool (8) is fixed heart (34) of turbo compressor, on whose turbine (T) is slipped on starter (16). On compressor (K) is slipped on lid (19) with magnetic sensor (22) which is connected with measuring electronics (20) with which is connected also accelerometer (21) that is teamed with oscillation board (9). In housing (P) is placed oil tank (1), whose heater and temperature giver (23) are connected with measuring electronics (20). Tank (1) is, by pump (3) to motor (2), by filters (4) and valves (7) of oil flow, by feed duct (71), connected to heart (34) of turbo compressor, to which it is connected also by return duct (72). Feed duct (71) is connected by overflowing valve (5) to tank (1), while transmitter of pressure (6) is connected electronically to measuring electronics (20). Air tank (36) is, by transmitter of pressure (11) and electromagnetic valve (12), that are electronically connected to measuring electronics (20), and also by hand air valve (13) with command handle (132) by feed duct (131), connected to air distributor (14) which is connected by pipes (15) to starter (16) of turbine (T). Starter (16) is connected by return duct (17) to sound silencer (18). Command panel (24) is connected by ducts (26, 27, 28, 29, 30) to measuring electronics (20), while by duct (25) to peronal computer (31) which is connected with monitor (32) and printer (33).</p> |
