<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing grilled dumplings with bits of octopus having enjoyable various palate feelings. <P>SOLUTION: The grilled dumpling obtained by the method which comprises compounding 5% of rice flour for preventing getting mushy in cooking to a dough 1 for octopus dumpling, pouring the ingredients 2 into the octopus dumpling pan, sprinkling crushed rice cake cubes 3 for preventing getting mushy in cooking and for imparting a crispy feeling onto the material, wherein the grilled dumpling is free from ooze out immediately after cooking, so that various palate feelings may be enjoyed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
