PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR device capable of reducing NOx in exhaust gas by introducing EGR gas to intake air even in a high load region of an engine without disposing such an obstacle as the distal end part of an EGR passage in an air supply passage, and in which mixing property of EGR gas, and intake air and EGR gas in the air supply passage is improved. SOLUTION: In the EGR device having the EGR passage branching from the exhaust passage of the engine, and joining EGR gas constituted by extracting a part of the exhaust gas of the engine to the intake air in the air supply passage through the EGR passage, the EGR passage is connected to an air supply manifold of the engine, the distal end part of the air supply passage is intruded into the EGR passage, and the distal end part of the air supply passage is disposed upstream rather than the air supply manifold of the engine so that a lap part forming a double tube structure with the EGR passage and the air supply passage is generated.
