PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable straightening of a lead wire for electronic parts to linear state having high straightness while correcting inclination to bending by passing the lead wire for electronic parts through the groove in a straightening piece with groove and reciprocating in the drawing-out direction while rotating the straightening piece centered on the lead wire. SOLUTION: The lead wires for electronic parts are drawn out while passing through the grooves of plural straightening pieces 3 with grooves linearly arranged from reels wound as loop state. The straightening piece 3 with groove is reciprocated in the drawing-out direction while rotating this piece centered on the lead wire for electronic parts to correct inclination to bending of the lead wire and form this as the linear-state. Since plural straightening pieces 3 with grooves arranged as the zigzag state, are arranged so as to mutually and gradually approach each other as directing from the drawing-in hole 2e to the drawing-out hole 2f, the inclination to bending is straightened as the linear state by forcedly drawing with the arc state groove 3b while passing by drawing out from the arc state groove 3b in the straightening piece 3. |
