<p>A digital discharging ink and preparation method thereof are provided. The digital discharging ink and preparation method thereof comprise a digital white discharging ink and a digital color discharging ink for dark color fabrics and preparation methods thereof, wherein the digital white discharging ink for dark color fabrics comprises in weight parts: discharging agent 5~30, viscosity regulator 3~10, surfactant 0.5~5, pH regulator 1~10, deionized water 60~75; wherein the digital color discharging ink for dark color fabrics comprises in weight parts: anti-discharging dye or pigment 3~20, discharging agent 5~ 30, viscosity regulator 3~10, surfactant 0.5~5, pH regulator 1~10, deionized water 55~70. Preferably selecting a composite of anti-discharging dye (or pigment) and discharging agent, and through adding viscosity regulator and pH regulator, the digital discharging ink of the present invention not only has better color discharging effect and fastness, but also has a longer storage period in a common ink box without deterioration, and does not corrode ink jet head, and effuses fluently in using condition, thereby guarantee the qualities and effects of printing compared with prior digital discharging ink.</p> |
