The manipulator has a shank (3) whose distal end section (2) is introduced into a uterus via a cervical canal. A distally open bell is designed as a suction bell (13), where a suction channel (10) passes into the suction bell. A vaginal seal (29) is arranged to be proximally displaced with respect to the distally open bell, where the seal is formed by a proximally open sealing bell (28) whose peripheral edge is designed for a sealing bearing on a vaginal wall. The suction bell and the sealing bell form a part of a construction unit that is releasably fastened on the shank. |
