PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet to prevent an offset of a label due to a protrusion of an adhesive, an adhesive sheet for label using the same, and a method of manufacturing the adhesive sheet for label. SOLUTION: The release sheet includes a label substrate 1, an adhesive layer 2, and a release sheet, and is a release sheet for an adhesive sheet laminate for label laminated after a die cut is given. The release sheet has a release agent layer 4 consisting of a diene polymer on one side of a release sheet substrate 3, and has an offset preventing layer 5 consisting of a non-silicone compound on the other side. A coefficient of static friction of the offset preventing layer with the label substrate surface, measured according to JIS K7125 is 1.0 or less.
