PURPOSE: A luggage room structure of a vehicle is provided to stably transfer a luggage board to first- and second-state positions by restraining the luggage board in a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A luggage room structure of a vehicle comprises a luggage room, a luggage board(120), and a guide rail(130). The luggage room is formed with side trims(112), a floor panel, a transverse trim, and a rear seat. The luggage board is installed inside the luggage room, and the luggage board comprises a front plate(121) and a rear plate(122) that are folded in the vertical direction. The guide rail, in which both ends of the front plate of the luggage board are inserted, comprises first and second horizontal parts(131,132), an angled part(133), and a curved part(134). The first and second horizontal parts are formed in first and second positions, respectively. The angled part has upward inclination from the back of the first horizontal part. The curved part is projected above the second horizontal part, and the back of the curved part is connected to the angled part.
