FORK LIFT TINE RECEIVING MEMBER FOR USE WITH A BULK BAG HAVING UNDERLYING STRAPS

This fork lift tine receiving member was developed for use with a bulk bag having underlying straps. The fork lift tine receiving member includes a tubular body having a peripheral sidewall. There is at least one opening in the sidewall. At least one flap extends into the opening. The flap is integrally formed from and co-planar with the sidewall. The flap has a first side edge and a second side edge. The opening has a first slotted portion extending through the sidewall adjacent the first side edge and a second slotted portion extending through the sidewall adjacent the second side edge. When in use, a strap is extends through the first slotted portion, under the flap and through the second slotted portion.
