PURPOSE:To enable multi-dimensional transfer operation by disposing a pair of guide plates forming an endless running path which have the inner surfaces provided with guide grooves and the base provided with a regulating groove, thereby guiding a guide movement rod and a regulating rod which are projected on an endless flexible belt. CONSTITUTION:Right and left running guide plates 8, 8 are coupled by a coupling member 9 to form a desired guide path 7. Guide grooves 11 are formed on the inner surfaces of the guide plates 8, 8, and a regulating groove 12 is formed on the coupling member 9, so that a guide movement rod 2 and a guide regulating rod 4 which are projected on a flexible belt 1 are inserted into the grooves through rollers 3, 5 to move the belt 1 along the running path 7. In this arrangement, the flexible belt 1 can be moved smoothly even in the multi-dimensional arrangement of the running path, because the guide movement rod and regulating rod are caused to freely move in the respective grooves by rolling of the rolls. Accordingly, the transfer direction of the conveying path can be freely selected in multi-dimensions. |
