PURPOSE: A hatch type escape apparatus and a construction method using the subframe are provided to prevent the damage or contamination of a hatch main body. CONSTITUTION: A construction method using a subframe comprises: a mold formation step(S110) of disposing a horizontal mold; an iron bar placing step(S120) of placing a plurality of iron bars on the upper part of the horizontal mold; a location fixing step(S130); a subframe installation step(S100) of pouring concrete around the subframe and curing the concrete; a finishing step(S200) of finishing the top portion of the concrete and dissolving the horizontal mold; a main frame settling step(S310) settling the main frame on the upper part of the subframe; a hatch main body installation step(S300); and a refuge ladder installation step(S400).
