A process for preparation of aromatic tincture comprises extraction of grinded spice-aromatic raw material. The extraction is realized by aqueous-alcoholic solution with concentration of 40 % vol. during 3-5 days. The extracted raw material is grouted with wine-alcoholic solution with concentration of 25 % vol. during 1-2 days. |
