METHOD FOR GENERATION OF ULTRASONIC OSCILLATIONS WITH HELP OF PIEZOELECTRIC CONVERTER

A method for generation of ultrasonic vibrations with help of a piezoelectric converter via excitation of the converter at the resonant frequency, as the converter a piezoelectric cell with two systems of electrodes are used, a voltage from a first generator is supplied to the first system. Frequency of voltage oscillation of the first generator is equal or close to one of resonant frequencies of the piezoelectric cell. A voltage from a second generator is supplied to the second system of electrodes. Frequency of voltage oscillation of the second generator is set close to the same resonant frequency in such a way that difference between frequencies of first and second generators would be equal to resonant frequency of the converter. As the first generator a generator of meander -shape electrical oscillations is used. As the second generator a generator of sin oscillation is used.
