PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made oil pan capable of reducing a risk of hole opening due to the resin construction of oil pan and suppressing a drop of the NV (noise and vibration) performance. SOLUTION: The resin-made oil pan 1 includes a resin-made oil pan body 2 and a plate member 3 covering oil-tightly the opening in the deep bottom 21 of the oil pan body. The plate member 3 is formed in a laminate structure including a metal plate 31 and a pair of resin plates 32 and 33 sandwiching the metal plate 31, wherein the resin plates 32 and 33 have respective extension parts 32t and 33t extending outward from the end 31a of the metal plate 31. In the plate member 3, the end 31a of the metal plate 31 is closed with the extension parts 32t and 33t of the resin plates 32 and 33. The resin plates 32 and 33 of the plate member 3 are melted and fixed to the oil pan body 2 at the extension parts 32t and 33t. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
