PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core bar of a rubber crawler for lowering the fuel consumption and prolonging the service life by reducing rigidity when being wrapped around. SOLUTION: In the core bar of the rubber crawler in which a pair of guide projections 12-1, 12-2 includes narrow width projections 12a-1, 12a-2 projecting by a predetermined length at narrow intervals on one side in a circumferential direction of a crawler body and wide width projections 12b-1, 12b-2 projecting by a predetermined length at wide intervals on the other side in the circumferential direction of the crawler body; and the narrow width projections 12a-1, 12a-2 are buried to have an overlap region O where the narrow width projections 12a-1, 12a-2 enters by a predetermined length between the adjacent wide width projections 12b-1, 12b-2 of the core bar, an interval of face surfaces of the narrow width projections 12a-1, 12a-2 and the wide width projections 12b-1, 12b-2 is the narrowest at the approximately center position of the overlap region O and becomes gradually wider toward circumferential distal ends p, q of the narrow width projections and the wide width projections.
