<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered fiber structure obtaining a moisture absorbing/desorbing agent repeatedly usable being easily dried using a household heating apparatus such as a microwave oven after absorbing moisture, and also to provide the moisture absorbing/desorbing agent using the multilayered fiber structure, and a method of using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered fiber structure includes a moisture absorbing/desorbing layer including moisture absorbing/desorbing fiber and heat adhesive fiber, and a sheet layer formed of an organic material. (1) The moisture absorbing/desorbing fiber is formed such that the difference (R2-R1) between a moisture absorption rate R1(%) at 20°C and humidity 40% RH and a moisture absorption rate R2(%) at 20°C and humidity 90% RH is 40% or more. (2) The heat adhesive fiber is formed of a heat adhesive component and a mating side component having a higher fusing point than the heat adhesive component, and the fusing point of the mating side component is 200°C or higher.
