PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for molding a multicolored molded product, attaining weight reduction and deformation prevention of the multicolored molded product. SOLUTION: An auxiliary cavity 12C is formed in communication with a divided cavity 12B on the other side, below the end of a trim upper 2 by moving a movable split mold 13 downward after molding the trim upper 2. Ultrasonic vibration is applied to molten resin filled in the auxiliary cavity 12C, or to a joint part 4 molded in the auxiliary cavity 12C, through the movable split mold 13 by the operation of an ultrasonic vibration generator 20 built in the movable split mold 13. The trim upper 2 and the joint part 4 are thereby fused ultrasonically to integrally mold a door trim 1 including the trim upper 2 and a trim lower 3 of two different colors.
