PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foldable accommodation box capable of easily keeping developed. SOLUTION: When an accommodated bottom plate 36 is moved to keep open, a pressing part 62 formed on the bottom plate 36 presses one V-shaped protrusion of a rotary member 64. When the rotary member 64 is pressed, the rotary member 64 rotates, and a rod-like lock member 70 connected to the rotary member 64 rotates so as to extend in a horizontal direction. By this the tip end of the lock member 70 is inserted in a recessive pocket 80 formed on the second sidewall plate 20B. When the tip end of the lock member 70 is inserted in the recessive pocket 80, the lock member 70 is arranged so as to straddle the first sidewall plate 20A and the second sidewall plate 20B.
