The arrangement (1) has a fascia body (2) comprising an opening (3) that is closed by a flap (4). A panel (6) is provided to cover an airbag, and the flap comprises an arm (7). The flap is integrated with complementary elements (22) of a lower face (16) of the fascia body and opened by turning around an axis (AX). The arm exhibits a curved form, so that a part of the arm is supported against a front portion (17) of a firing channel of the lower face to limit the opening of the flap. An actuator is placed between a fixed part of a vehicle and the arm to open the flap when shock is detected.
