<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure in which a circuit board and an electric power conductive plate can be fixed without using an adhesive while production cost is suppressed low, and to provide an electrical connection box equipped with the circuit structure. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit structure 20 includes the circuit board 22 mounted with an electronic component 11, the metallic electric power conductive plate 30 superimposed on the opposite surface of the circuit board 22 from the surface mounted with the electronic component 11, a plurality of resin filled holes 27 penetrating the circuit board 22 and electric power conductive plate 30, a solder resist layer 45 formed on the surface of the circuit board 22 mounted with the electronic component 11 except hole edge parts 28 of the resin filled holes 27 out of surfaces mounted with electronic components of the circuit board 22, and a plurality of resin connection parts 50 filling the respective resin filled holes 27. The resin coupling parts 50 each have a first lock part 52 locked to a hole edge part 28 of a resin filled hole 27 on the surface mounted with the electronic component 11, and a second lock part 53 locked to a hole edge part 27B of the resin filled hole 27 on the opposite surface of the electric power conductive plate 30 from the circuit board 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
