PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent light guided into a light guide member from leaking outside effectively without requiring a complicated printing process. SOLUTION: In the sheet 100 with a contact spring equipped with a light guide sheet 101 and a holding sheet 103 which is laminated on the light guide sheet 101 with an adhesive part 102 interposed and holds the contact spring 104, a light incident part 105 to which the light from a light source 40 is made incident is arranged on a part of the light guide sheet 101, and moreover an inclined face part 106 is arranged at a part including a part opposing the light incident part 105 of the light guide sheet 101 so as to straddle over the light guide sheet 101 and the adhesive part 102, and a light-shielding part 107 is formed on the inclined face part 106 by printing.
