摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite composite film efficiently diffusing heat from a heating component to excellently reduce the surface temperature of a housing in electronic equipment comprising the heating component and the housing and having small space. SOLUTION: The graphite film is formed by heat-treating a polymer film and has a space formed inside the graphite film to be parallel to the surface of the graphite film.
