PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model construction system, method, and program for accurately analyzing over a short period of time, desired analysis of an object having nonuniform cross-sectional shape by using a beam element model or shell element model. SOLUTION: A model construction system 10 is equipped with: a section division unit 21, dividing an analysis space or an analysis model itself of an object into a plurality of sections by sectioning a surface orthogonal to a setting axis on the basis of a geometric information storage unit 52 of an input information storage unit 26; and a characteristic value allocation unit 22 converting characteristic values depending on an actual shape of the object by using functions of coordinates along the setting axis on the basis of material information of the object stored in a material information storage unit 51 and geometric information of the object such as CAD, etc., stored in a geometric information storage unit 52 to allocate the converted characteristic values to analysis elements of the object for each section Vidivided by the division unit 21.
