PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the items having the same meaning on the same row regardless of a character string and a position of the item in a plurality of files to be compared.SOLUTION: The data preparing apparatus 1 uses comparison information including for comparison, at least one item as an element satisfying a demand and prepared in accordance with a past demand, and prepares target information including at least one item depending on a new demand. The data preparing apparatus 1 is equipped with: a storing unit 3 that stores reference master information that associates an item, identification information on the item, and related input information of the item, and comparison information formed by inputting information in the related input information; and a target information preparing unit 2 which displays, on the same row, the related input information of the target information corresponding to the identification information associated with the item, and the related input information of the comparison information corresponding to the identification information, when reading the comparison information from the storing unit 3 and also reading the master information as target information and displaying the items on a row, and which outputs the target information and comparison information. |
