<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide weld metal excellent in hot crack resistance which becomes a problem in the root pass portion of a one-side butt-joint welding of a steel plate compose of soft steel, high tensile steel, or the like and also excellent in the mechanical property such as toughness. <P>SOLUTION: The weld metal excellent in the hot crack resistance is the weld metal which is welded with a flux cored wire having a steel-made shell filled with flux and contains, by mass, 0.03-0.10% C, ≤0.7% Si, 0.5-3.0% Mn, 0.05-0.50% Ti, 0.02-0.10% Al, 0.03-0.10% O, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.02% S. 0.010-0.03% N and 0.0003-0.005% B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
