PURPOSE: A ground resistor reducing device is provided to enable a user to completely install a ground device by fitting a pole to a pole dug. CONSTITUTION: First and second arm tie bands(10,12) are fixed around the lower side of an electric pole(50). A ground plate holder(16) is located on the outer side of the first and second arm tie bands. First and second conductive concrete ground plates(22,24) are fitted into a receiving groove of the ground plate holder. Terminals(22a,24a) are installed in the first and second conductive concrete ground plates. The first and second conductive concrete ground plates are connected to the first and second arm tie bands with bolts(30).
