<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water coming in from a gap between a cowl louver body and a cover from flowing into an engine room, to make a seal material for stopping water needless, and to reduce the number of workers and production cost for producing the cowl louver. <P>SOLUTION: In the cowl louver in which the opening for maintenance is covered with a cover, the gap 40 between the cowl louver body 10 and the cover 30 is set in the size for regulating the amount of water coming in from the gap. The cowl louver body 10 has the barrier 24 receiving the water coming in from the gap 40 and weakening the force of the same and the water discharge channel 26 guiding the water having passed through the barrier to the water discharge channel.
