<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video tracking apparatus, a video tracking method and a video tracking program that can facilitate recognition of the motion of a tracking point on a line and can facilitate observation of the state of the tracking point at an arbitrary time point in video. <P>SOLUTION: Images are displayed in an image display area Ta on a display section 20 according to a plurality of frame image data. When a tracking point and a tracking line are set in the images in the image display area Ta, a tracking operation is executed on each frame image to identify the position of the set tracking point on the set tracking line. A tracking result time change line indicating time changes in the position of the tracking point identified by the tracking operation on the plurality of frame images is displayed in an image display area Tb on the display section 20.
