Prefabricated building panels reinforced by foam injection pipes

Foam cored building panels made by enclosing the panel frames in a mould together with (metal) pipes which traverse the panel and are perforated to allow a liquid resin to be pumped into the panel cavity. The pipes remain in the panel to act in service as reinforcing elements and if necessary as lifting aids and/or service conduits. For making prefabricated walls, partitions, etc. to accommodate window frames, door frames, etc.
