摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of noodle strips containing blueberry is provided to offer antioxidant and anti-phlogistic effects, and a heart disease prophylaxis effect of the blueberry to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodle strips containing blueberry comprises the following steps: drying and crushing the blueberry to obtain blueberry powder; mixing the blueberry with more than one ingredient selected from rice powder, flour, or buckwheat powder to obtain dough; and molding noodles from the dough. The blueberry powder contains less than 35wt% of moisture. The dough includes more than 2wt% of blueberry powder.
