METHOD OF PRODUCING FILMS HAVING A PATTERN BY AN EXTRUSION PROCESS AND THE OPTICAL FILMS PRODUCED USING THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of films having patterns and an optical film manufactured by the same are provided to easily manufacture optical films having various patterns, thereby having advantages in time and process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of films having patterns comprises the following steps: a patterning film and a polymer resin are passed through a pair of rollers and are extruded; predetermined pattern is formed on the patterning film(190); a surface in which the patterns is in contact with the polymer resin and is compressed by rollers; and patterns are formed in one surface of the film. One or greater patterning film and rollers are preheated and used. The preheating temperature of the patterning film is in a range of 120-200 degrees. The heating temperature of the compressed rolls is 50-170 degrees.
